Ellicott is a partner at Frank Freed Subit & Thomas and has represented workers and unions throughout her entire legal career. Ellicott litigates wage-and-hour class actions as well as individual discrimination, retaliation, and harassment matters at all stages of litigation, from trial through appeal. She also advises workers in severance negotiations, contract disputes, and noncompete issues.

Ellicott served as a law clerk to the Honorable James L. Robart of the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. During law school, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Robert Lasnik of the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, interned in the Workers’ Rights Clinic, and graduated with honors. Ellicott is fluent in Spanish. She has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” in Employment Law.

Before law school, Ellicott worked as a policy analyst and legislative advocate for the immigrant rights organization, OneAmerica.
