Michael C. Subit

"I understand from personal experience that people often define themselves by what they do in their jobs. When someone experiences injustice or mistreatment in the workplace, the financial and psychological consequences can be devastating. I aim to provide my clients with both zealous advocacy and practical counsel so they can achieve the best possible outcome and move forward with their lives."

Client Comments about Mike:

"Mike kept on pursuing a very difficult settlement after several years of frustrating delays. He explained each step of the process clearly and concisely, recommending a strategic course of action, but ultimately leaving the decisions up to me. He promptly returned my calls and emails. His hard work and tenacity secured a fair and equitable settlement. I respect the diligence and competence that brought my case to a satisfactory end. Mike Subit is an experienced and effective employment law attorney."

Account Manager

"Michael worked 24/7 on my case, including during family vacations and holidays. Without his constant availability, the employer would have had a strategic advantage, and an acceptable settlement might not have been reached."
