Jillian M. Cutler
Jillian represents clients in discrimination and retaliation cases. Her practice focuses on disability discrimination and advising employees who need disability accommodations at work. She also handles wage & hour matters.
Jillian joined Frank Freed Subit & Thomas in 2007. Before entering private practice, she was a Staff Attorney and Teaching Fellow at the Institute for Public Representation (IPR), a civil rights clinical program at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C. At IPR, Jillian litigated discrimination and civil rights matters. Prior to her work at Georgetown, Jillian served as a law clerk to Judge Louis H. Pollak of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Jillian is a member of the Pacific Coast Labor & Employment Law Conference Planning Committee and served as EEO Co-Chair in 2012. She is also a member of the Washington Employment Lawyers Association (WELA).
Washington Law & Politics magazine recognized Jillian as one of Washington's "Rising Stars" from 2010-2012.
When not working, Jillian enjoys spending time with her husband and their young children.
