Jillian M. Cutler
Jillian represents clients in discrimination and retaliation cases. Her
practice focuses on disability discrimination and advising employees who
need disability accommodations at work. She also handles wage & hour matters.
Jillian joined Frank Freed Subit & Thomas in 2007. Before entering
private practice, she was a Staff Attorney and Teaching Fellow at the
Institute for Public Representation (IPR), a civil rights clinical program
at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C. At IPR, Jillian
litigated discrimination and civil rights matters. Prior to her work at
Georgetown, Jillian served as a law clerk to Judge Louis H. Pollak of
the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
