Deanna Zachrisson and Elaine Lincoln have filed a wrongful termination lawsuit against the Port of Seattle. The lawsuit claims they were illegally fired for refusing to give new, lucrative and illegal leases to airport restaurant tenants with close political and personal ties to Port Commission president John Creighton. The women also reported Creighton for what they viewed as ethics violations relating to the illegal leases.
Zachrisson and Lincoln are represented by Attorneys Beth Bloom and Christie Fix. They are seeking their jobs back, and compensation for lost wages and for the embarrassment they have endured.
